The Buncombe Open Space Conservation Bond will double down on a proven strategy with a transparent track record. Accordingly, the bond will have full public disclosure of all project spending. Further, the Buncombe Open Space Conservation Bond will have a citizens’ oversight committee that audits how the funds are spent to ensure accountability and transparency.
